Size Exchanges
Exchanges are available for size-related issues only.
If the size you ordered does not fit, you may request an exchange for another available size, subject to the following conditions:
- The item must be unworn and unused.
- The item must not have been washed, altered, damaged, or worn.
- All original tags must remain attached.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging and condition.
- The requested replacement size must be available in stock.
Exchange Period
Size exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
Exchange Shipping
Shipping costs related to a size exchange are the responsibility of the customer, unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.
